I unfortunatly had to go into no mail mde on the New RQ (Just couldn't cope with the volume of mail outside topics set by Matthew), so missed Steve's falout over the magic system. Still, Thnngs look promicing. Matthew promiced a Ver 1.5 by end Jan 2006, so far it has not appeared on the yahoogroups folder, but its only 5 Feb as I write this.
There is a gentleman's agreement not to distribute playtest rules, but when the enw ver is publised I will ask Matthew if he minds me forwarding you a copy.
A question with the open source concept came up last night in my group. Would open cource encompass publishing the core rules in another language, or would such a task require a licencing agreement?
