Magic - Righdy ho then. Pete from Petes RuneQuest just mailed me a summary of the RQ4 rules which never made it to print. They have something there t say about magic, so I suggest we start there. (I will mail it to youse).
Carol and Willo are quite right that magic is slow and tedious, but there may be ways around some problems using existing rules and Spell matrix enhanctments. Basically pre cast spells.
I personally am dubious of pinching another systems magic, that just wont be cricket (or Rune Quest). Let us try keep what we like in RQ magic, streamline what can be saved and discard/replace what just don't work.
Of course, I have played but one magic using character, so will need lots of input, maybe in a forum dedicated to this subject?
