There you see! It's usually allways in the rules allready, but since I don't have the errata, I'm more interrested in the suggestions you have below.

OK, then! Warhammers \ piercing maces (welded in one piece) can subtract 4 AP's from any armor (in my rules).
Conclution:
I think that I don't want to distinguish between crushing and cutting \ thrusting damage.
I will apply the piercingrules just above.
I will remove the impaling rules (the one giving extra damage for retrieving a weapon stuck).
Then I will use the rule that if you want to try several fast and light nibbles at your opponent, you loose one dam. (minimum 1) but you get to act on one SR earlier.
Thrusts cannot damage the AP's of weapon, shield and armor.
If you want to deflect a sweep, you subtract 10% or 10 from your parrying skill (whatever is the highest), but if successful, your parrying weapon don't take damage from exessive damage.
