The racial Lore can be used as an "enabler" roll, providing bonuses to
the other skill roll depending on the race(s) of the target. Or racial
Lore for different races can be taken into account with the storyteller
having to roll under the lowest skill. This way it's easy to decide if
everyone enjoys the story or only some. Some stories may actually end up
entertaining members of one race at the expense of those of another race!
