I'd like you to use it for a while, and then post a rewiev of your experiences here. I'm allso using rules to limit movement + affectingSR (I think I've shared that houserule with you before.
My consern is that it ends up beeing - as you say -too much monitioring ("-say I -creator of too complicated rules!")
Another argument, is that the fategue points acording to the guy that wrote those rules (i think it was him saying this:) have more to do with heatincreasing than actually beeing winded, exhausted, etc. And how hot you become have more to do with how hot it is, and how much padding you're wearing, than what time of day it is...
