Good stuff. I reckon that people who make successful roles are already awared with experience checks, so would rather go for treu roleplaying, but yes, towards the continued success of the campaign, would not want to encourage hijacking of the play by characters on their own missions. I think it would work nice if we had a vote after each session, then everyone can identify who played well etc.
