I think it was mentioned in an email from another poster, but it is soft armor is only half effective (round up) for smashing weapons
I will have to take some time to digest the fatigue system. My initial reaction is that Enc and FP don't get much attention to begin with and this system may be more involved then I am looking for. Of course once the system is known second hand it might be workable.
Current my character generation already takes a lot of time. I use a Multi-game character history in addition to the runequest rules which adds about a half hour or more to generation time. So I am hesitant to use a system that increases the initial book keeping time.
